• Progress claims will be made monthly for works completed during that month. Our terms of payment are strictly thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.
  • Non-incorporated Entities (i.e. Partnerships/Sole Traders) are strictly COD.
  • Bank Guarantees will be issued in lieu of Retention Monies (if applicable)
  • Certification will be issued on final payment
  • The Terms and Conditions are final. Customer purchase order, or other subsequent documents will not supersede these Terms and Conditions unless in compliance with the Variation outlined below.

    Variation to the Terms and Conditions, if negotiated, must be on Premier Fire form / letterhead, signed by Premier Fires relevent project manager.

    Premier Fire Protection will from time to time review and revise its Terms of Credit and communicate any updates on its website. Minor changes may be made at anytime without notice. If we make a major change in the way that we use, disclose or protect internet registration information, we will highlight the change.
